• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
• No cancellations are allowed on the same day as the tour.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure will incur a 100% charge.
• If eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.
