Each car can accommodate up to 6 passengers (excluding the driver). Luggage cannot be carried on shared vehicles. If you need to bring luggage, you will need to hire a private car.
Dune bashing lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
A shared vehicle cannot bypass dune bashing unless all passengers agree to it. Otherwise, guests will need to hire a private car to go directly to the camp without participating in dune bashing.
Yes, seat belts will be provided for all 6 passengers. In some cars that can accommodate 7 passengers, there will be 7 seat belts available.
Dune bashing is not recommended for small children or pregnant women. Typically, children aged 3 and above can join the safari. However, if you choose to bring a younger child, it will be at your own risk.
Baby seats are not provided. However, guests may bring their own baby seats if they have them. Please note that an additional charge for one child will apply.
For safari tours, casual attire is recommended due to the typically warm weather. Avoid wearing sandals, as they can be uncomfortable for walking on sand.
The desert safari is an adventure you can enjoy every day, including weekends and public holidays. However, it's advisable to book in advance, as it is a must-do tour when visiting Dubai!
The camel ride lasts for just a few minutes, and the duration of sandboarding depends on availability.
Sorry, dune buggies are not available at the camp. Only small quad bikes are offered, which are not included in the package. Guests can hire them for an additional charge of AED 50 per 10 minutes.
Sorry, outside alcohol is not permitted in the camp. We have a bar on-site where you can purchase alcohol for an additional charge.
For the overnight safari, we provide tents and pillows for your stay. Please note that there are no additional activities planned for the night. Breakfast will be provided the following morning.
Shower and toilet facilities are available at the camp, but there are no air conditioning or hot water amenities.
