Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, situated right in the capital city, Abu Dhabi in the UAE is considered and known to be the main key for worshipping activities. The mosque opened back in 2007, has an architectural style known as the Mughal architecture, and has a height of 351 meters. The mosque is closed for any tourism activities and tourists, but is open for worship events every Friday morning and opens up after 5pm. The mosque, being one of the world’s renowned architectural achievements in recent years, is also state of the art and is considered one of the largest mosques globally. It has a capacity that can accommodate up to 41,000 worshippers. The mosque also features eighty domes.
